How long does an iPhone or Samsung screen repair take?

Most standard screen replacements are completed within 30 to 45 minutes on a walk-in basis. You do not need an appointment — bring the device to our Langley store and a technician will check it, confirm the fault and give you a free estimate, so you approve the price before any work begins.

Will I lose my data during the repair?

No, standard screen and battery replacements do not affect your device’s internal storage. Your apps, photos and settings stay exactly where they are. We always recommend keeping a recent backup as a standard best practice before any repair — anywhere — and if you have not backed up recently, it is worth doing before you bring the device in.

Who will be working on my device?

Your device is handled in-store by our own expert technicians, who work on phones, tablets, laptops and consoles every day. Nothing is sent away. Every repair is fully function-tested before you collect it, and we walk you through exactly what was replaced so you can see what was done.
